The Air India Cadet Preparation Program by 19 Degree East Aviation Centre is a comprehensive, structured training designed to prepare student pilots for the airline interview stage with clarity, confidence, and the right strategy.
This program goes far beyond basic interview tips. It systematically strengthens your technical readiness, HR performance, communication confidence, and airline-specific awareness — helping you approach the IndiGo interview process in a well-prepared and professional manner.

Students will undergo approximately 2 to 3 hours of focused training each day, covering multiple subjects in an integrated and structured format.
Course Coverage
Basic and important topics of Ground subjects (Air Navigation, Air Regulations, Technical General, Aviation Meteorology)
HR interview preparation
Communication and personality alignment
Airline-specific knowledge
Aircraft-specific knowledge
General knowledge and current affairs
Grooming and presentation guidance
The program includes focused coverage of all key areas relevant to Group Discussions and Personal Interviews, aligned with current airline expectations and industry trends.
Students will undergo 5 mock Personal Interviews (PI) and 5 Group Discussions (GD), carefully structured to simulate real selection environments.
Additionally, students will be equipped with the latest insights, commonly asked questions, and updated information based on current airline selection patterns, ensuring they are prepared with what is actually being asked today.
